Biography

My name is Harbinder Narula a.k.a 'Herby'. After spending a decade and half with the corporate world having worked with brands like Times Internet (Indiatimes), Google, YouTube, Aryty etc., I chose to become an entrepreneur. I established what I would like to believe was India's first healthcare content portal (WonderDoctor) and then leaned more towards strategic consulting roles where I worked on assignments related to Bloomberg, Pearl Academy, Cureva SA among others. I have experienced the challenges as well as the thrills of being an entrepreneur, and the journey has been very fulfilling. I currently focus on "opening doors to the untapped possibilities" for my clients. I do this through Strategic Business Development / Partnerships, Personal Branding and Content Curation. This happens during our first discussion with the purpose of introspecting and knowing you and your journey. This process helps in discovering who you really are.

DERIVE

We identify your strengths and work on a process to know what value you bring to the business and your customer. This is when we are able to derive your Unique Value Proposition (UVP).

DRAFT

Once we know the UVP, we then craft out a branding strategy that includes what you need to be known for and how. This is also the time to create an understanding about your audience. This process helps in knowing how to demonstrate your UVP to your target audience.

DISSEMINATE

Once you know yourself, your audience and what you mean to them, it’s time to have a communication plan. That includes brand elements, content types and various online and offline activities.

DRIVE

This is the time to execute the plan. This could include DIY, outsourced model or a hybrid model that is a mix of both depending upon the content requirement, ease of doing it, cost and / or time investment and consistency desired.
