Yes. I was fortunate to be a part of the founding team that started Google’s business development operations in India, when we would sit out of a business centre in Gurgaon. From a 8 seater business centre to a large office at Cyberhub was quite a journey, indeed a fulfilling one. Google was definitely a unique employer and its culture (also known as its “Googliness”) is what set it apart from any other organisation, and I do miss that. I moved on from Google to experience entrepreneurship. Google taught me to think big, being humble despite being in a position of strength, the power of fair agreements and the strength you gain by building a team of people who are better than you.
